I have the hardest time staying hydrated. I know, I know… 8 glasses a day. If I’m lucky I can down 3 glasses for the whole day. Sportline has created the HydraCoach water bottle that keeps track of how much you have consumed as well as reminds you to drink more if you are behind. I think I’m sold! That’s awesome, I think I’m pretty well sold too. Those green bottles that we use just aren’t as skookum as this one!
