Sleeping in on the weekend a no-no!

After a long week what most people look forward to is sleeping in on the weekend. I know I do! The past little while I have been adjusting my schedule and waking up at 5AM to make my Fitness Bootcamp class. I have also been waking up at around 8AM on the weekend. I have noticed I am starting to have more consistant energy throughout the day. Popular Science has an article on the effects of sleeping in. I wonder what side effects are from this Blogathon?
