Inspired by a meme I saw on Ms. Danielles’ I am into 20th hour of blogging and 32nd hour of being awake. My creative juices are not flowing , so to fill the void I would like to start this meme with my fellow blogathoners.
- Each player must post these rules to begin the meme.
- Each player must start with what their Blogathon cause is and why they are participating.
- Each players starts with six random facts or habits about themselves.
- People who get tagged must blog about their six things and post these rules.
- At the end of your blog, you need to choose six people to get tagged and list their names.
Six facts you need or don’t need to know about: Danny Dang
1. I am participating in this years Blogathon to raise money for the BC SPCA Paws for a Cause. I was introduced to this organization by my work place and will be my 2nd year participating in the walk. In my childhood I always had animals around from chickens to dogs. Since moving to Vancouver, I have not be able to have any pets.
2. I have my 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo, but I am not actively training. I believe it has been over 8 years. Since joining fitness bootcamp I am trying to get back in shape and maybe take up another martial art.
3. I love computers and have been working with them since I was 5. My first computer my parents bought me, I took apart on the first day and put it back together without a sweat. All my technology\computer knowledge has been self taught, learned by doing is what I believe in.
4. My favourite cuisines are: Italian, Vietnamese, and Japanese. Living in Vancouver I am exposed to and have easy access to many ethnic delicacies.
5. I have never been drunk or sick from drinking, but it has been a while since I drank hard. I know my body is not like my young self.
6. I was born in beautiful Creston, British Columbia, home of Kokanee beer. I use to stay at my babysitter during the day who lived beside the plant. Her house was in a field byitself, so as I play in the fields with the chickens with the towering silos above.

Thanks for the tag.
Okay I will do this here, because it won’t fit into what I am blogging about for the blogathon.
1. I am blogging for the SPCA Paws for A Cause, it is my 3rd walk in a row. I have always supported the SPCA, volunteered at a shelter, donate every year, this year I give monthly. I am happy this year to probably out do my fund raising goal.
2. If you really want to know who I am, there are 200 Things About Me on my blog all ready… go to the two posts: 100 Things and Another 100 Things.

Hey Danny, just saw your post now. Here are my responses:
I participated in the Blogathon to support the David Suzuki Foundation. Tiny Bites is intended to be a food blog with a green focus, and I am a huge fan of Dr. Suzuki, so DSF was a natural choice.
1. I’ve been salsa dancing since 1998 and volunteer my time and lens to SalsaVancouver.net events.
2. Since I was 6, I’ve wanted to meet David Suzuki and then proceed with my scheme to take over as host of The Nature of Things.
3. I have an irrational fear of walking underneath construction cranes. It’s therefore a little difficult to manoeuvre in the streets of downtown Vancouver.
4. I translate french and spanish (usually salsa) songs on my personal blog, karenhamilton.ca. Disclaimer: I’m not fluent, so correct me where needed!
5. My family nicknamed me “Bam Bam” as I was freakishly strong and large as a baby. Unfortunately, Bam Bam with a thick Filipino accent sounds more like “Bum Bum”. They no longer call me that (thank God).
6. While I love cooking and eating gourmet meals whenever possible, I have a profound attachment to Spam, tinned corned beef, and Vienna sausages. (But I think most Filipinos can say the same thing…)
